‘The Condemned’ review

“The Condemned” – In a year that featured the long-awaited aliens-come-to-Earth chapter of “Aliens vs. Predator” and the absolutely insane fourth “Die Hard” entry, “The Condemned” was still the best unintentional comedy. It follows a group of convicts who are let loose on an island to kill each other for the Internet-surfing public’s amusement. Steve Austin deserves an Oscar for his turn as the con with muscles of stone and a heart of gold. His deadpan response when someone asks his line of work: “I’m an interior decorator.” Watch this as an appetizer for next month’s “Rambo.”
