“Superbad” – The Apatowian realism of “Superbad” isn’t for the sensitive viewer, as best buds Seth (Jonah Hill) and Evan (Michael Cera) let an F-bomb fly every other word. Like many teen comedies before it, this one is about a desperately wacky quest for beer and sex. We get unlikely ladies’ man McLovin (Christopher Mintz-Plaase), a wannabe-cool cop duo and decently drawn love interests for our heroes. It boils down to a heartfelt tale of friendship.
