‘Bridget Jones’s Diary’ review

“Bridget Jones’s Diary” — Renee Zellweger, who has somehow become the most beloved actress of all time despite not being in anything good since 1995, stars as a pudgy magazine staffer who must decide between Hugh Grant and some other guy with an English accent. While it is fun to hear British people use “ass” as an adjective, there’s not much else to recommend here. C-
